Winter Challenge Cards

• Pick your reader’s level, then tap Pull a random card.
• Read the “Grown-up says” part out loud. Your child does the “Your turn” part.
• When they finish, tap I did it! to earn a star and a joke.
• Wiggly, stuck or grumpy? Tap Power-Up break for a quick movement, focus or silly challenge.
• Cards won’t repeat until you’ve pulled the whole deck.

If a card feels tricky: do it together until your child is comfortable trying it alone. Have your child repeat the answers after you. Exposure is never a bad thing, and challenges can be great!

Sound spellings: a letter between slashes is a sound, like /b/. A capital vowel means the long vowel sound, so /A/ says its name, like in “play.”
